Probably the best cheesesteak I ever had. I ordered with fried onions. It’s big, overflowing with meat, and has plenty of sharp cheese and onions throughout. The bread is thick with a hard crust, a perfect vehicle to hold its heavy, messy contents. I am not from Philly so cannot compare this to other cheesesteaks from the city, but as someone who loves food it was excellent. I thought my husband’s brick oven margarita pizza was good even though he didn’t like it. The crust had a good finish to it, and unlike other pizzas I get these days, there was plenty of sauce. The underside of the thin crust was perfectly crisped while the softness was maintained between the very bottom layer and the sauce and cheese. This made for a pleasant eating experience.

I’ve been to a couple Michelin Starred restauraunts, yet I wondered what a Michelin Bib Gourmand was; and I learned later, it's an indication of high quality at an affordable price (I agree). And so my journey to Del Rossi’s was set in motion to dive in and discover the buzz. We ordered the simplest cheesesteak & pizza. The ingredients were basic, assembled with care and the highest quality IMHO. To me the cheesteak was straightforward, but the richness of the bread & meat quality forces you to pause. The bread reminded me of something you’d find from a German bakery, which in my opinion is the best in the world, edging out France. With their pizza I found the crust thin, echos their bread without an oversaturation of oils. Above all the tasty rich cheese stands out. Arrive early because seating is limited, first come, and then it gets packed quickly. The environment isn’t anything to write home about, however it was comfortable. If you’re in Philly I certainly think this place is worth a try. We loved it.

Amazing cheese steak and pizza! We have been to some other famous places in Philly, and Del Rossi's blows them away. A few tables to sit at if you want to dine in. Fast and super friendly service to is out-of-towners. Amd, again, the food was incredible. Bread on the cheese steak was incredible. Pizza was thin with super crispy crust. A bit of char. Soooo good.

I traveled all the way from Toronto to Philadelphia to see the iconic Rocky Steps and, of course, to try authentic Philly cheesesteaks! I sampled a few of the famous spots, but none truly wowed me!! until I tried Del Rossi. This place completely made my trip worth it. OMG, it was amazing! It genuinely raised my entire cheesesteak experience to a whole new level. The flavors were outstanding, and everything about it was perfect. I also had the pleasure of chatting with Nish Patel, the owner, who is an incredibly friendly and welcoming guy. He was hands-on and attentive, making sure everything was running smoothly and that we were having a great time. Del Rossi is the real deal; highly recommend! Thanks again, Nish and team!

One of the best cheesesteak and pizza spots in Philly in my opinion!!! The cheesesteak is packed with flavor and the meat is seasoned really well. The bread is perfect and brings everything together. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the quality is consistent. I also love their hand Houdini pizza.! So YUMMMY
